Sceneric wins hybris service delivery partner of the year accolade

- implementation of multichannel commerce software beats all comers on quality and customer satisfaction


30th January 2013: Omnichannel e-commerce consultancy and software provider, Sceneric, today announced that hybris, the top-rated provider of omni-channel commerce software, has awarded the Company with the hybris service delivery partner of the year award for 2012 at this year’s hybris Global Partner Summit.

The accolade from hybris was awarded to Sceneric during the hybris Global Partner Summit held in Munich on the 24th of January this year and recognises Sceneric as the most successful hybris delivery team across all global territories.

In particular Sceneric showed exceptional leadership in delivering quality and customer satisfaction.

Throughout 2012 Sceneric continued to grow and implement multi-channel commerce strategies for brands including, LK Bennett, Nisbets and enabling them to grow their online revenues, putting control of content, product merchandising and promotions in the hands of the business teams and launching new sites across geographic borders.

In August 2012 Sceneric was acquired (by a 55 percent stake) by global marketing and technology business LBi, allowing Sceneric to offer LBi’s broad range of complimentary services, from digital strategy and user experience through to hosting, to it’s clients, while providing LBi with the capability to deliver world class omni-commerce experiences across the globe.
