Sceneric's ATG knowledge lets HSA increase conversions over 20%

A part of the Simplyhealth group, a multi million pound health insurance group comprising a number of financial services and healthcare provision companies, HSA’s primary business is the provision of health cash plans and private medical insurance products to both individuals and corporate clients.
In 2006 Simplyhealth embarked on an e-strategy programme to drive business growth via the web and to use this channel as the primary means of providing secure, highly personalised healthcare services to their trading divisions.
The first implementation of this strategy was the procurement and development of the best of breed e-commerce platform ATG, and the implementation of purchasing functionality for the HSA brand. With this in place, Sceneric and HSA have worked in partnership to optimise the path-to-purchase.
